No Bake Matcha Tiramisu

This Matcha Tiramisu will be your new favorite No Bake Dessert!


¼ cup heavy cream
4oz. Baking white chocolate
8 oz. mascarpone (or cream) cheese
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

1½ cups heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp matcha powder
1½ cups steaming hot water

One 7oz. package ladyfinger cookies
more matcha powder for dusting

  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, heat up ¼ cup heavy cream until it starts to slightly bubble. Turn off the heat and add white chocolate. Mix until melted and combined. Transfer into a mixing bowl and allow to cool to room temp.

  2. Add room temp mascarpone (or cream) cheese. Add matcha powder, vanilla, and pinch of sal,t Mix with an electric mixer until fluffy, finish by hand.

  3. In another bowl whip up 1½ cup heavy cream, gradually adding 2 tbsp sugar. Whip until you achieve soft peaks. Mix a large dollop of whipped cream into the matcha mixture, fold until cohesive, then transfer the matcha mixture all back into the whipped cream. Fold carefully all together by hand.

  4. Prepare matcha green tea for dipping (1 tbsp matcha powder, 1 1/2 cups steaming hot water). Dip a package of packaged ladyfinger cookies into the tea and line in a baking dish.

  5. Layer on the cream filling and repeat until the pan is full. Cover and allow to set 3 hours - overnight in the fridge. Dust with matcha powder before cutting / serving. Enjoy!
