Japanese Fruit Sando that makes a great sweet treat for the summer!
½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
1-2 tbsp sugar
strawberries
giant grapes, or any fruit you’d like
Japanese milk bread
In a large bowl, cream together heavy whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread cream on both sides of the milk bread. Place your fruits in the middle and close the sandwich.
Wrap it in parchment paper or saran wrap and allow it to set in the fridge for at least 30 min.
Cut off the crust, cut in half, and enjoy!
