Japanese Egg Rice

This rice cooker is going to be life changing. And so is this Japanese Egg Rice! It’s basically soft scrambled egg with rice in one! So easy and comforting 🤗

1 ½ cups hot cooked rice

1 egg

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

Furikakake

  1. Rinse and cook your rice.

  2. Mix the egg straight into the steaming hot rice with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  3. Top with furikake and enjoy!
