Mint Chip Smoothie

Fun fact: I used to work at Jamba Juice when I was 16. This Mint Chip Smoothie version tastes like a Girl Scout cookie and is inspired by one of my favorite smoothies from SunLife Organics, a juice bar/health and wellness shop. I miss going there since we moved away so had to learn to make it and honestly, it’s pretty darn close! 🤗

1 banana, frozen

½ cup greek yogurt

1 cup spinach

4 sprigs mint

¼ tsp peppermint extract

2 tbsps almond butter

1 tbsp honey

⅓ cup almond milk

1 tbsp cacao nib

  1. Add everything except cacao nibs to blender and blend until it starts to come together.

  2. Add cacao nibs and blend again for 20 secs and serve! Enjoy!
