Chia Seed Puddings are a great breakfast option. I love it because you can mix things up based on your mood! This particular chia pudding is inspired by a lemon blueberry muffin! ππ«
Β½ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
lemon zest
ΒΌ cup chia seeds
To a large, tall container, add your blueberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Use an immersion blender to pulse until it is well-mixed.
Add in lemon zest and chia seeds, mix mix mix!
Chill overnight and dress it up how you like! I added sliced almonds and berries on top. Enjoy!
