Nothing is more popular than a Caramel Macchiato, the sweet creamy caramel sauce with an ice-cold milky coffee, it’s a Starbucks favorite!
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz milk
a shot of espresso
caramel
To make a vanilla simple syrup, add sugar, water, and vanilla extract to a pan just until it bubbles. Transfer it to a small jar, let it cool.
We’ll now add some of the vanilla simple syrup at the bottom of our cup, add ice and top it with milk, a shot of espresso, and good drizzle of caramel right on top. Stir it up and enjoy!
