Blueberry Orange Overnight Oats

Small changes can be come healthy habits. One that that I’ve been working on is moving my body and that means going on a walk or run when I can. Since it’s been cold and rainy, I haven’t really made a conscious effort to get out there, but I did yesterday when the rajn broke and it felt good to feel the cold air against my face. I’ll consider that a win!

Here’s an overnight oats recipe that can be fuel before or after a workout. I love the combo of blueberries and orange and the coconut liquid base for the oats were perfect.


½ cup rolled oats

½ cup yogurt

¼ coconut cream

½ cup coconut or almond milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

½ tbsp maple syrup

¼ tsp cinnamon

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and top with blueberries and orange slices.

  2. The orange rind helps to perfume the oats so you can leave in or take out, up to you.

  3. Fridge for 1 hr up to overnight and enjoy!
