Easy Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

You don’t need to work at a fast food establishment to make these healthy Airfryer Chicken Nuggets!

1 lb chicken breast, cut into 2 inch cubes

½ cup all purpose flour

1 tablespoon favorite seasoning (i used cajun, but ranch is another favorite for the kids)

1 tsp kosher salt

2 eggs, whisked

1 cup panko (may need more or less depending on how big your pieces are)

  1. Place the flour, seasoning, and salt in one bowl and whisk.

  2. Add the eggs to another bowl and whisk.

  3. Pour the panko into another bowl - yes, 3 bowls total. Coat the cut chicken pieces in the seasoned flour, then dip it into the egg to fully coat. It may take a minute for the egg to soak through the flour, so just leave it in for a minute.

  4. Then take the chicken and shake it into the panko bowl.

  5. Air fry at 375 for 16-20 minutes (depending on how hot your air fryer gets) and be sure to turn it over halfway. Dip with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
