Eggs en Cocotte "Baked Eggs"

Baked Eggs en Cocotte: an impressive yet easy dish to make for the new year!

  1. Add 1-2 eggs into a small baking dish, sprinkle in some cheese (any kind works), a splash of cream, and salt and pepper.

  2. In a larger baking dish, fill it with about an inch of water and place the small baking dish with eggs in the water, to create a waterbath.

  3. Bake at 375 for 15-18 mins!

  4. Toast some sliced baguette with a sprinkle of cheese and dip into the jammy baked eggs! Enjoy!
