Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispies Treats- it’s a way to mash two classics together and I love it. There’s just a hint of pumpkin and a little punch from the spice that makes it even cozier for the fall. Also a good, low effort Friendsgiving dish!
3 tbsp salted butter
2 tsp pumpkin puree
½ tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
5½ cups mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies
In a pot, melt and brown the salted butter. Add pumpkin purée and stir until mixed with the butter. Add spice to toast and stir in the marshmallows. On med low heat, stir until all combined.
Pour in Rice Krispies and mix until well coated.
Transfer to baking pan and press down. Let it chill for 30 mins to set.
Cut and enjoy!
