Life has been good in LA. We finally feel like we've adjusted to SoCal living and the crazy traffic here. Ollie has a new dog park and walking routes, baby is (somewhat) back on her napping schedule, and we have a long list of places we want to check out to eat! I admit it is extremely hard to get around here vs at home, but knowing the times when I can run out and when to avoid traffic definitely helps.

I've been trying to put myself out there more by attending work events. I'm not much of a networker and sometimes it is difficult for me to strike up a conversation with random people, but this is a great challenge for me to grow. It pushes the introvert in me to become more social and less shy. I guess that's a good thing! If you ever see me out there, please say hi and make me talk to you! :)

For November, we are planning on checking out surrounding areas like Santa Barbara, heading to Temecula for Thanksgiving with Nate's other aunt, and of course, more restaurants in LA. My mom is also in town for 2 weeks, so we'll be cooking up a storm at home and doing some major shopping! I'm looking forward to a new season here. What are you looking forward to this November?
