Chicken Shawarma Wrap

Make this delicious Chicken Shawarma Wrap in minutes with the InstaPot!

Chicken Shawarma Marinade

1 lb chicken thigh
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsps chopped parsley
1 tsp kosher salt
lemon juice and lemon zest

  1. Add everything to a bowl and marinate for 15 mins to an hour.

  2. When ready, add to the instant pot pro along with ½ cup chicken broth and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. when done, release pressure and remove the broth.

  3. Add the chicken back in and brown for a few minutes. serve on flatbread with tzatziki sauce and top with onions, cucumber, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
