Antipasto Salad

Imagine your favorite charcuterie cheese board… in a salad form! You’ll get this Antipasto Salad!


Antipasti Salad

lettuce mix
salami
shaved parmesan
feta
cherry tomatoes
cucumber
pine nuts
artichoke hearts
pepperoncini

Salad Dressing

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil

  1. To a small bowl, add the ingredients for the salad dressing. Whisk together until emulsified and well-combined, set aside.

  2. Prep all your veggies and layer them in a large bowl.

  3. Drizzle on the dressing, mix, and enjoy!
