Miso Gravy:
1 tbsp red miso paste

1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp water
For Ginger Garlic Fried Rice- In a hot skillet add olive oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger, sautéing 1-2 minutes until fragrant and browning. Add the rice, stir fry until hot and steamy Plate in a bowl.
For the Burger Patty- Mix together, then form into patties. Fry on each side for 4 minutes. Place over the bed of rice.
Miso Gravy- In the same pan with the burger drippings, turn burner onto low heat. Add red miso paste, soy sauce, low sodium beef broth, drizzled slowly into the pan until incorporated. Add Worchester sauce. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Mix until thickened.
