These Healthy Protein Peanut Butter Cookies is the perfect recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth yet still staying healthy!
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup almond flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup maple syrup
½ tsp kosher salt
(optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract)
In a bowl, add the peanut butter and maple syrup together and mix well. Next, stir in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Scoop onto a baking sheet and use a fork to create a little cross hatch in the center of the cookie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
