Jammy Egg Toast

Jammy, 7 minute eggs with a flavorful light greek yogurt spread on toast makes the perfect morning breakfast!

1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

½ cup plain greek yogurt

3 eggs

  1. Toast up seasoning on low heat. Let it cool slightly and add it into the greek yogurt.

  2. To make jammy eggs, put the eggs directly from the fridge into a cold pot of water. Simmer for 7 minutes, then give them an ice bath to stop the cooking. Peel and cut in half.

  3. Toast your bread, spread the greek yogurt on, and add sliced jammy eggs.

  4. *optional- Garnish with microgreens, fresh herbs, and a nice drizzle of chili onion crunch for a spicy kick.
