If I'm going to eat a Caesar Salad, it needs to have substance. How about you? This Garden-to-Table Amped Up Chicken Caesar Salad is not only healthy, itโs hearty, and kicked up a notch ๐
ยผ cup of greek yogurt
ยผ cup of mayo
juice from half a lemon
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
ยผ cup of parmesan cheese.
Toss this dressing with romaine lettuce, and layer on cherry tomatoes, radishes, arugula, shaved parmesan, and your protein of choice. Can't forget about avocados either. Enjoy!
