Steak & Eggs is known as a breakfast dish but we are going to turn it into a sandwich that is going to be one of the best sandwiches you’ve ever had!
STEAK AND EGGS SANDWICH
Roast beef
Fried egg
Arugula
Spinach
Tomatoes
Bread
PESTO WASABI MAYO
2 tbsps mayo
1 tsp pesto
½ - 1 tsp wasabi
Fry up your egg in some oil.
In a bowl, combine the mayo, pesto, and wasabi, mix well.
Slather mayo on both slices of thick hearty bread and layer with the greens, tomato slices, the fried egg, and roast beef. Enjoy!
